IIP Policies on
Ethics and Privacy
1. Lead Generation and Online publicity:
IIP
runs Ads
Campaign to reach its target audience (Academicians / researchers/ students/ Individuals
from industries) through Social Media Platforms like Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Google and Youtube.
The
information of audience collected through Ads campaign is used only to
promote/guide on IIP technical services and its benefits. It will never be used
for any other purposes and also never be shared among any third parties.
2.Book Publication under IIP:
Allotment of ISBN
ISBN will be allotted to your book under INSC
International Publishers (Imprint: IIP_IPH) as publisher approved by Govt. of
India.
Copyright on content of book
Copyright will be assigned to author(s) of
the book in ISBN Govt. Portal which cannot be changed later.
Plagiarism issues (if any)
Author(s) are solely responsible for the
contents published in the book. The publisher does not take any responsibility
for the same in any manner. Author(s) agree that book content does not include
material taken from other copyrighted sources. If any plagiarism issues arise
in future, Author(s) will be the sole responsible for it.
Ownership on the content of the book
No part of the book may be reproduced or transmitted
in any form by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopy,
recording, or any information storage and retrieval system, without permission
in writing from the copyright owners / Author(s). However Publisher can use the
content to print the book to fulfill the sales requirement or Author(s)
requirements.
3. IIP Awardees Selection:
Nomination submission will be open
throughout the year and it will be considered under appropriate Volume and
Issue / stage of award based on the time of submission. Selection of awardees is purely
based on profile/work done by the candidate and also the suggestions from the
reviewing committee of IIP. There is no fee for nomination submission
and for participation in Award Contest. Awardee can opt for IIP Services as a
package for their Academic/Research purpose with periodically varied nominal
charges. This package is named as “Premium Membership” under IIP.
4. Conference & Journal Publication:
Publication of papers/articles which are
registered during IIP conferences and publication of papers/articles which are
directly given to IIP for publication support will be done in the journal link which is confirmed by authors where
possible list of Journals Link will be shared initially by IIP. However
verification of genuineness of Journal and also the indexing of journal is sole
responsibility of Authors.
Indexing of published
paper
The whole process for including any articles
in the index database (for example Scopus, Web of Science, SCI) is done by
their internal team only. Neither Journal/publisher nor ‘IIP’ does not have any
involvement in the decision whether to accept or reject a paper from either any
database or enlisting database (example Scopus, WOS, etc) and cannot influence
the processing time of paper. Please check journal indexing for more details. Indexing
Platforms like Scopus are not indexing some or all the papers of the Indexed
Journals (which violates some of their policies) even though the paper
published in that Journal during its active status duration. In such cases IIP
is not at all responsible for indexing.
Plagiarism Policy:
All manuscripts submitted for publication
through IIP are cross-checked for plagiarism using Turnitin/ithenticate
software. Manuscripts found to be plagiarized during initial stages of review
are out-rightly rejected and not considered for publication in the journal.
Author(s) agree that paper content does not include material taken from other
copyrighted sources. If any plagiarism issues arise in future, Author(s) will
be the sole responsible for it.
5. Digital Library of Academic Projects (DLAP):
DLAP is a
database of Academic Projects done by UG/PG students which will be having
Project report/synopsis. Content of this report/synopsis must be cited properly
by the students and guide(s) / authors. Authors/students and guide(s) are solely responsible for
the contents of the published report under DLAP. The publisher/IIP do not take
any responsibility for the same in any manner. Students and guide(s) Author(s)
agree that project report/synopsis content does not include material taken from
other copyrighted sources. If any plagiarism issues arise in future, students
and guide(s)/Author(s) will be the sole responsible for it.
6. Digital Library of Research Papers (DLRP):
DLRP is
an indexing platform and any Journals/ Publisher can
opt this service for the articles published in their Journals. Here IIP will
not have copyright ownership of the papers and only the abstract will be
indexed in DLRP database along with Title, Author(s) details, Key words and
references. Displaying of full length paper is optional to publishers.
IIP is
having complete rights on publishing the papers in DLRP if papers are presented
through IIP Conferences or published in IIP owned Journals
7. IIP Journal Publication:
IIP will hold the copyright of papers published in its
Journals. All manuscripts
submitted for publication through IIP are cross-checked for plagiarism using
Turnitin/ithenticate software. Manuscripts found to

considered for publication in the journal. Author(s) agree that paper content
does not include material taken from other copyrighted sources. If any

8. Member / Reviewer / Author data:
The information of Member / Reviewer / Author collected
during registration through IIP Website or during IIP events (online/ offline) is
used only to promote/guide on IIP technical services and its benefits. It will
never be used for any other purposes and also never be shared among any third
parties. IIP may communicate them through emails, phone
calls, Whatsapp or any social media platforms.
9. Bank Account Details of the IIP Members:
Bank Account details of the members which
is taken during registration is used only for the purpose of remuneration.
10. Duration on delivering IIP Services:
For
delivering of IIP Membership Kit (Premium, professional, student and institute membership),
hard copies of published books and any type of technical online services takes
minimum of 90 days from the date of
MOU/registration.
